Featured in CID: A Palm Beach Design-Build Project Rooted in Thoughtful, Full-Service Design

We’re honored to share that a recent Palm Beach project completed by WVC Vision by Design was featured in the CID newsletter, highlighting a unique residential-commercial crossover: the complete design-build of three luxury rental residences.

While this project differed from our traditional residential work, it reflects the same philosophy that guides every project we undertake—thoughtful, full-service design rooted in clarity, intention, and a holistic understanding of how spaces are experienced and lived in.

A Different Approach to Residential Design

Rather than tailoring every decision to a single homeowner's lifestyle, this project required us to create a universally elevated living experience—spaces that feel refined, welcoming, and highly functional for a diverse range of future residents.

Achieving this balance meant designing with the warmth, character, and attention to detail of a private residence while also considering durability, adaptability, and long-term performance across multiple units. The result is an environment that feels both elevated and enduring.

Designing Through a Holistic Lens

As with all of our projects, we approached this development through a holistic design framework—considering how each residence functions independently while ensuring consistency and cohesion across the entire property.

Flow, proportion, materiality, and spatial efficiency played a central role in shaping the design direction. Every decision was made within the larger context of how the spaces would live, feel, and connect as part of a complete development.

This systems-based approach allowed us to streamline complexity early in the process, ensuring that design intent remained clear from concept through construction.

Full Design-Build Coordination

Led by Whitney Cliggett, C.I.D., our team managed the project through a fully integrated design-build process, aligning interior design, architectural intent, and construction execution from the earliest stages.

Because of the scale and nature of the project, coordination was essential. Working across three residences required a high level of precision in detailing, consistency in material application, and clarity in decision-making throughout every phase of the build.

This integrated structure enabled the project to move efficiently while preserving a cohesive design vision across all spaces.

Collaboration and Intentional Execution

Collaboration remained at the heart of the project from start to finish. Through close coordination between the design and construction teams, each residence was executed with intention, ensuring that the original design vision translated seamlessly into the built environment.

In partnership with Promethean Builders, construction and implementation were carefully managed to maintain quality, consistency, and attention to detail throughout the process. To complete the vision, Vesta Home provided professional staging that thoughtfully enhanced each residence, helping prospective tenants experience the lifestyle and character envisioned for the spaces. Together, these collaborative efforts brought the project to life with a level of refinement and cohesion that reflects the strength of an integrated design-build approach.

The result is a collection of three luxury residences that feel sophisticated, cohesive, and thoughtfully resolved—each one offering an elevated living experience while meeting the practical demands of a high-end rental property.
